Why women leave their active career?
- tthey donont want to make life mess.for a happy married life
- for bringing up their kids
- just a lenient behaviour
- for having a company in her own name
- just a compromise to make husband and his family happy
- husband don't want her to work
- Sometimes unable to manage home and kids as devotion is required for both sometimes at the same time
- When there are nobody at home to take care of children, women feel children are important than career hence, chose children leaving career behind

I don't think having a company on one's name is any kind of badge.Family and kids are higher on priority usually.Most women are far from lenient about their jobs.The ones who are lenient will actually stay on the job and shirk work.
